RATES

1 / Commercial Treatments

Copywriting, Copy Editing & Finessing. Day rate: £400 (10-hour day). Half-day rate: £250. Minimum half-day booking. Overtime rates apply.

2 / Website & Brand Copy

Planning, Copywriting, Copy Editing. Day rate: £350 (9-hour day). Half-day rate: £200. Minimum half-day booking. Content packages available on request. Overtime rates apply.

3 / Social Copy

Copywriting & Editing. Day rate: £350 (9-hour day). Half-day rate: £200. Minimum half-day booking. Content packages available on request. Overtime rates apply.

4 / Copy Editing

Editing & Proofreading alone. Day rate: £350 (9-hour day). Half-day rate: £200. Hourly rate: £55/hr. Minimum booking of 2 hours. Overtime rates apply.

5 / Custom Projects

Priced per project depending on scope, length, and turnaround. Feel free to reach out to discuss, or for a custom quotation.

THE SMALL PRINT

HOURS OF OPERATION

Commercial Treatments: 9 AM – 7 PM BST/GMT (10-hour workday)

Content Copywriting, Social Copy, Copy Editing: 9 AM – 6 PM BST/GMT (9-hour workday)

For projects with international clients, hours can be tailored to suit different time zones with prior agreement

PAYMENT TERMS

Commercial treatments: Payment due on project completion within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

All other projects: 50% of payment due prior to project commencement, with the remaining 50% due on project completion within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Ownership: Full ownership and rights to the work are transferred upon receipt of full payment

OVERTIME

Any work beyond standard hours of operation will be billed at the following rates:

Commercial Treatments: £65/hour, Content Copywriting, Social Copy, Copy Editing: £55/hour

Overtime will only proceed with prior client approval unless otherwise agreed

WEEKEND & BANK HOLIDAY WORK

Commercial Treatments: Day Rate: £600, Half-Day Rate: £375

Content Copywriting, Social Copy, Copy Editing: Day Rate: £525, Half-Day Rate: £285

CANCELLATION

If the project is confirmed and you need to cancel, you must provide at least 48 hours notice before the agreed start time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the agreed start time will incur a half-day charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the agreed start time will incur a full-day charge. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, and additional fees may apply depending on the amount of work completed.
